Condover Parish Council is preparing a Neighbourhood Plan to guide how the parish develops over the coming years. The plan covers housing, design, heritage, green spaces, transport, and support for local businesses, while protecting the rural character of Condover, Dorrington, Ryton and Stapleton.

Neighbourhood Plans are community-led. They only become part of the planning system if they reflect local views and are supported at a local referendum.

This survey asks for your views on the Vision, Objectives and key planning policies in the draft plan. There are no right or wrong answers – we want to understand what matters most to you and where you agree or disagree.
